Moving Forward Declaration
We declare that we are a church that is moving forward.
Not stuck in yesterday, not limited by fear, and not defined by setbacks.
We trust the God who goes before us, walks with us, and strengthens us for what lies ahead.
We are moving forward in faith,
believing that what God has promised, He is faithful to perform.
We walk by faith and not by sight, confident that God is still at work among us.
We are moving forward together,
united in purpose, rooted in love, and committed to one another.
We will not walk alone, for we are the body of Christ—stronger together than apart.
We are moving forward in obedience,
saying yes to God’s will, God’s Word, and God’s ways.
We choose obedience over comfort and calling over convenience.
We are moving forward in mission,
sharing the hope of Jesus, serving our community, and reaching the lost.
We are sent people, called to make disciples and reflect Christ everywhere we go.
We are moving forward in hope,
because our future is secure in Christ.
No matter the season, no matter the challenge, God is faithful and His grace is sufficient.
Today we leave what is behind and press toward what is ahead.
We fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith.
As for us and our church, we will keep moving forward—
in faith, in unity, and in the power of the Holy Spirit.
